I’m Tyler McCaughn and I’m a Christian, Conservative and a Republican, in that order. I’m respectfully asking for your vote as a candidate for Mississippi Senate District 31, which includes all of Scott and Newton counties as well as the Northwest corner of Lauderdale County.
I’m a farmer, an attorney and a businessman. Like you, I’m an East Mississippian who wants to see better jobs, smoother roads, less crime and a bright future for our children. As your Senator, I’ll go to Jackson and work to provide better roads, more jobs, great schools and safer communities. I’m committed to encouraging businesses to choose Mississippi and to support policies that let you keep more of your hard-earned money in your pocket. It will be my solemn duty to fight to protect the sanctity of life, to preserve our religious freedom and to maintain the Constitutional right to bear arms.
Without apology, I’ll put the interests of Scott, Newton and Lauderdale counties first. I’ll work aggressively to make sure East Mississippians get a fair shot at new jobs and new businesses being recruited by our state. We are blessed to have a variety of local businesses in the poultry, timber, healthcare and manufacturing sectors and I will keep working to strengthen our existing businesses. I’ll be a voice for all people of District 31 in Jackson.
As your Senator, I’m committed to these priorities. I humbly ask for you vote in the August 6th Republican primary. If you have any questions about me or my vision for state Senate District 31, please don’t hesitate to contact me at [email protected]. I look forward to meeting all of you along the campaign trail! May God continue to bless the people of District 31.
A Voice For You!
